Job Description: As the Senior Social Media Manager at Red Iguana, you will be responsible for creating, conceptualizing, and coordinating content and schedules for a global audience of over one million followers across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok. You will play a crucial role in organizing junior team members, building ROI-focused and community-centric content strategies, and improving cross-departmental cohesion and strategy synthesis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media content strategy across multiple platforms.
• Coordinate and schedule content to engage a global audience spanning over one million followers.
• Organize and mentor junior team members to foster a motivating and results-driven company culture.
• Create content that aligns with brand guidelines and targets both individual brand pillars and overarching group objectives.
• Grow multi-platform audience engagement through long-term social strategies and quick-win reactive content.
• Ensure a 24/7 stream of relevant content by staying ahead of upcoming trends.
• Improve cross-departmental cohesion and strategy synthesis by managing upwardly and outwardly.
• Report directly to the director/CEO level, providing insights and strategic recommendations.
