We are looking for a Senior Tax Manager to work for our client. The ideal candidate will align with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.
Responsibilities:
Keep abreast of new tax legislative developments for international markets and review implications on current/deferred tax reporting
Support VP Tax on enterprise-wide tax, operating, and business transaction projects
Develop and manage relationships with key individuals across the organization to ensure that Tax is at the forefront of business decisions and that tax risks are proactively managed/mitigated
Coordinate with cross-functional teams regarding M&A transactions to ensure accurate tax provision reporting
Support tax automation and data analysis initiatives
Mentor staff for further development within the tax function
Qualifications:
Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
Proven experience as a Tax Manager
Experience with M&A and Joint Venture Transactions
Ability to understand and apply complex tax concepts to minimize taxes and risk
Critical thinker and problem solver
