Sr Analyst - Functional Project Manager/BA

Compensation: $125,000-132,000

Senior Functional Project Manager:

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Senior Functional Project Manager to join their team!

We're in search of a seasoned Senior Analyst with expertise in SharePoint application implementation, design, configuration, and support. In this position, you'll take charge of collating and structuring business requirements, conducting thorough systems analysis and design tasks, and providing support for system development initiatives across a range of enterprise applications, such as SharePoint, Nintex, Enablon, Cority, and more. Strong communication abilities and previous experience in project management and application delivery are indispensable for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with functional users and business managers to document procedures and gather requirements effectively.
• Conduct analysis and design activities for upcoming applications, including the creation of data models.
• Enhance and modify applications according to established methodologies, utilizing experience to propose and back business improvements.
• Lead quality assurance efforts by devising and executing test plans to boost customer satisfaction.
• Aid in crafting user documentation and configuring automated workflows for business processes.
• Ensure system signoff and compliance with change management protocols.
• Investigate and resolve help desk issues associated with core applications, offering ongoing quality assurance support.
• Deliver user training sessions for both individuals and groups.
• Collaborate with the Technical Architect to design and integrate solutions effectively.
• Supervise and collaborate with consultant staff, nurturing a culture of excellence within the team.
  
  

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 7 years of experience working as a business and/or project analyst with expertise in SharePoint applications.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in delivering application solutions.
• Demonstrated expertise in business analysis, quality assurance, and implementation.
• Thorough comprehension of SharePoint capabilities and management.
• Experience in integrating enterprise applications.
• Strong Project Management skills; PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
  
  

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Preferably, 3 or more years of experience with Nintex.
• Preferably, experience with Health, Safety, and Environmental management systems, including Occupational Health management systems.
• Strong Project Management skills; PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
