Job Description
Are you a customer-centric marketing leader who thrives on nurturing enduring relationships? At our company, we prioritize our customers' success, and we're embarking on a mission to enhance our strategic customer programs. In this newly established role, you will spearhead the development of top-tier customer marketing initiatives aimed at boosting engagement, fostering loyalty, and nurturing advocacy. Your responsibilities will include conceptualizing, launching, and optimizing key customer programs such as Executive Briefing Centers, Advisory Boards, Strategic Executive Programs, and Key Expansion Programs. We're seeking a results-oriented leader with a proven track record in driving impactful programs.
Responsibilities
Elevate Customer Engagement: Design and implement executive engagement strategies and programs tailored to our top-tier customers, facilitating high-value interactions, identifying new opportunities, and cultivating strong executive relationships.
Expand Briefing Center Programs: Introduce global Executive Briefing Center experiences aimed at hosting leadership from our most esteemed prospects, customers, and partners, enabling us to grasp their strategic priorities and develop actionable plans for success.
Cultivate Executive Relationships: Lead the development and execution of Executive Advisory Boards for our key customers and partners, fostering meaningful connections to gather feedback, enhance collaboration, address challenges, and amplify the customer voice.
Collaborate and Enable: Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align executive engagement strategies with business objectives, ensuring support from extended teams to drive awareness and engagement.
Drive Footprint Expansion: Lead solution expansion initiatives aimed at enabling current customers and increasing adoption, usage, and cross-selling.
Measure and Share Impact: Utilize data-driven insights and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of customer marketing programs, refining strategies for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
13+ years of experience in technology marketing, including at least 4 years in customer marketing roles.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Preferred Requirements
Proven proficiency in developing and delivering compelling executive customer engagement programs, with a focus on articulating program impact.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks independently and delegate effectively.
Demonstrated success in building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, including executives, sales teams, product managers, and marketers.
Previous experience engaging with large brand customers through customer briefings and advisory board participation.
Strong understanding of marketing, sales, and communications priorities, with a track record of successful collaboration to deliver high-impact executive programs.
High-energy, results-driven personality with a passion for driving process improvement and thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Additional Information
Compensation: DOE, annual salary is $190,000 - $273,000, plus Health, Dental, Life, STD, LTD, 401k, and PTO. Total compensation may vary based on candidate experience, education, and location.
