Staff Accountant

• Assist in accounts payable, accounts receivable & expense reimbursements, including invoice processing, vendor management, and payment reconciliation
• Support month-end and year-end close processes by performing account reconciliations and journal entries
• Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by supervisors or management
• Utilize accounting software and other financial tools to perform tasks efficiently and accurately
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting or Finance
• Preferably 1-2 years accounting experience
• Strong academic performance with a GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Experience in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
