, Job Description

Every role at Trove Brands is critical to our successful functioning as a whole. Your specific responsibilities as a part of Team Trove will include:

We are seeking an energetic Assistant Stylist / Production Assistant to support our creative teams in the production of visual content for a wide range of consumer products, including bottles and supplements. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for style, excellent organizational skills, a passion for creative collaboration, and experience in handling wardrobe responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist lead stylists in preparing and executing photoshoots and other production activities.
  • Manage and organize wardrobe and props, ensuring they are ready and in excellent condition for use.
  • Shop for wardrobe items as per project requirements and ensure timely return of these items post-shoot.
  • Coordinate logistics and schedules to ensure smooth operations during shoots.
  • Maintain inventory of styling supplies and props.
  • Create mood boards for wardrobe purchases.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in styling preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
  • High level of creativity and attention to detail.
  • Preferred Skills:
  • Background in fashion or visual arts.
