What You'll Tackle
Leadership and Management:
Oversee Supply Chain Operations: Manage our Atlanta (60% of total) and Irvine (40% of total) warehouses.
Lead a Talented Team: Supervise Warehouse Managers, Supervisors, and Associates across both sites.
Manage Customer Service: Oversee a Customer Service Manager in Irvine, a remote representative in Tennessee, and two representatives in Irvine.
Mentorship and Development: Act as a coach and mentor, developing the skills of your team members and driving performance improvements.
Strategic Planning And Execution
Develop Supply Chain Strategies: Create and implement strategies that support business growth and operational efficiency.
Optimize Operations: Enhance inventory management, warehousing, and distribution processes to meet customer demands.
Align with Business Goals: Ensure that supply chain operations support overall business objectives.
Operational Excellence
Implement Best Practices: Introduce continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain performance.
Ensure Compliance: Adhere to industry standards and regulations.
Monitor Performance: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive improvements and report on supply chain performance.
ERP And Technology
Leverage ERP Systems: Utilize ERP systems (SAP preferred, but Oracle, SAGE, or other ERP super user experience acceptable) to enhance operations.
Optimize Technology: Lead the integration and optimization of supply chain technology solutions.
Collaboration And Communication
Work Cross-Functionally: Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and product development teams to ensure alignment and support for supply chain initiatives.
Drive Engagement: Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure transparency and engagement.

What's Needed To Win
Experience: Proven track record in a director (or equivalent)-level supply chain role, ideally within a smaller company.
Warehouse Management: Extensive experience in warehouse management, inventory control, and distribution.
Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing teams (managers and individual contributors) in various locations.
Strategic Thinking: Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
ERP Proficiency: Proficiency in ERP systems; SAP preferred or ERP "super user" experience in other systems.
Communication: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary And Benefits
Competitive Salary: Base salary range of $125,000 to $140,000, with milestone and bonus opportunities.
