This position will carry out biochemical assays to study a protein’s function, which may include the protein purification and characterization using a variety of techniques.

Education, Experience, or Certifications:
Education
Bachelor's degree required.
Experience
Experience in developing and evaluating new experimental methods required.
Knowledge of standard research techniques relevant to developmental biology, microscopy, and computational data analysis required.
Skill with confocal and light-sheet microscopy required.
Knowledge of coding in MATLAB or python required.
Experience using ImageJ for image analysis required.
Quantitative reasoning and proficiency with mathematics required.
Ability to perform manipulations of embryos required.
Technical Knowledge Or Skills
Ability to prepare reagents.
Perform experiments.
Maintaining lab equipment.
Data Analysis and organization.
