What You'll Do: We are currently seeking a dedicated Mental Health Services Provider to deliver comprehensive mental health services, ensuring exceptional client care. As a vital member of our interdisciplinary team, you will contribute to creating a healthy, therapeutic, and safe environment for clients. Responsibilities include providing individual and group therapy, conducting psycho-social assessments, and actively participating in the development of Child and Family Teams (CFT). With a commitment to confidentiality, regulatory compliance, and professional growth, you will play a key role in promoting the well-being of the clients we serve. Requirements To Apply
Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology or Counseling is required.
Active registration or licensure with California BBS is required.
Experience in In-Home Services or work with high-risk children, adolescents, and their families.
Strong clinical skills in individual, family, play, and group therapy are required.
Previous Wraparound Approach Services Program experience preferred.
Good oral, written, and organizational skills are required.
Physical ability to perform Pro-ACT, administer First Aid/CPR and operate an agency motor vehicle.
Must possess and maintain a valid CA drivers’ license, automotive liability insurance, and a driving record acceptable to agency’s insurance carriers.
Ability to independently use a computer and the ability to learn necessary computer programs.
Bilingual and bicultural skills in Spanish preferred.
Ability to receive and implement constructive feedback.
