Job Purpose

We are seeking a talented and creative Product Designer with a strong focus on User Interface (UI) design to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for crafting beautiful and intuitive interfaces that enhance user experience. As a Product Designer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to create compelling and user-friendly products.

Responsibilities

  • UI Design: Create high-fidelity designs and visual assets for web and mobile applications, ensuring they are aesthetically pleasing and align with brand guidelines.
  • Prototyping: Develop interactive prototypes to demonstrate design concepts and facilitate user testing.
  • Design Systems: Build and maintain design systems and UI component libraries to ensure consistency across all products.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with UX designers, product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the feasibility of design solutions and to implement them effectively.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough visual testing of web and mobile applications to ensure they meet design specifications and quality standards.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with designers, developers, and product managers to resolve issues and ensure the highest quality of final products.


Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in UI design, Product Design, or related fields.
  • Proficiency with Figma using in-app tools such as Auto-Layout, Components, and Styles to design interfaces efficiently.
  • Experience working with a Design System mentality, be mindful of using Design Tokens to maintain the brand experience and take advantage of DevMode to simplify the transition from Design to Development.
  • Ability to faithfully prototype designed interactions to showcase to the developer team & client.
  • Experience in low-fidelity wireframing and adapting that into high-fidelity experiences.
  • Ability to perform and provide peer reviews to other design members.
  • Familiarity with responsive designs.
  • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design inconsistencies.
  • Strong communication skills to provide rationale for your design decisions.
