We are looking for a Mid-to Senior Visual/UI Designer with a portfolio that stands out
Your goal will be to innovate and build superior user experiences to bring our cutting-edge applications to our customers. The ideal candidate is someone independent who has experience designing web & mobile applications to high standards. Each product starts with a journey of understanding user needs and gathering requirements. You will be expected to work with UX designers, taking wireframes and turning them into professional mockups. Your creativity and ability to design aesthetically pleasing work will be key in creating an engaging user experience. Teamwork is essential to our success, and you will be working in a cross-functional team with talented individuals in an encouraging and collaborative environment.

You have mastered various elements of design such as layout, colors, typography and understand how to develop a brand and incorporate that identity into visual mockups.
Communicate with the team to understand the product and formulate ideas for the best user experience
You have experience with website animations and can create an interactive experience
You are open to continuously optimizing your work with the bigger goal of releasing the best product
You understand the fundamentals of UX and are able to work with UX designers to turn wireframes into engaging experiences
Design and implement new/redesign web and mobile user interfaces
Design for laptop, tablet and mobile
Test for intuitiveness and overall experience
Create Section 508 compliant, accessible UIs
Combine creativity with an awareness user experience best-practices
Create prototypes for new product concepts
Pay attention to detail and work with developers to make sure your vision is carried forward and that the developed application/website matches your design
You have a strong portfolio that shows your talent and you are not afraid to walk through your designs and provide reasons for your choices
