We are seeking a talented Senior Unity Developer to join our client, a well-funded AAA game studio led by industry veterans. As a key member of the tech foundation team, you will design, develop, deploy, and maintain the next generation of projects from the ground up. You will build sophisticated features and development capabilities for the Unity-based team. Responsibilities

• Direct and build a new foundation and features for our core products
• Influence technology roadmap for our products
• Collaborate with cross functional teams
• Coaching and mentoring
• Provide accurate estimates on deliverables for yourself and help your team do the same
• Identify and mitigate technology risks during early stages of development
• Identify the right choice of tools & technologies to get us to success

Requirements

• 5+ years working in Console or PC games
• Deep experience in Unity
• Hands-on experience in building development environments
• Understanding of object-oriented design patterns and design principles
• Experience working with C++ and C#
• Excellent troubleshooting & root cause analysis skills
• Ability to work in ambiguity from high-level direction
