About the Role:
Job Title: UX Researcher.
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
• Conduct B2B UX research on a range of target users including individual employees, People leaders (execs, senior leaders, managers), IT Admins/Managers, and HR / Data analysts.
• Work directly with Design and Product Management partners on key priority design projects from early-stage foundational user research to iterative design evaluations.
• Perform ongoing UX Health studies to evaluate if design-built experiences are at the appropriate level for release to engineering.
• Devise and evaluate methods and procedures for collecting data, such as moderated and unmoderated interviews, group discussions, and surveys.
• Derive insights from quantitative and qualitative data, complementing other research that you will conduct on your own or in partnership with other researchers and stakeholders
• Work priorities aligned directly to needs of design team.
Must Haves:
Minimum 6-7 years experience with conducting B2B UX research
Minimum 6-7 years experience with qualitative research skills (devising and evaluating methods and procedures for collecting data, deriving insights from quantitative and qualitative data etc),
Minimum 6-7 years experience with compiling, synthesizing and presenting and socializing research insights to create impact.
Location: Remote
Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $120,000- $140,000 Annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
