My client is a nationally recognized brand which specialized in restoration construction for both residential and commercial properties. This location focuses heavily on commercial construction and larger projects.
Job Description
As the Vice President, you will be responsible for:
Managing the Operations and Sales teams and ensuring the teams meet with targets and key delivery milestones
Analyzing the profit and loss for the branch and making adjustments to ensure the branch meets its goals
Closing larger business development opportunities and providing additional training when needed
Reviewing all project financials to ensure they are in line with the company's policies and profit goals
Reviewing projects to see where improvements can be made and motivating teams accordingly
Growing the branch's headcount and profit
Reviewing all financials associated with running a high performing branch

The Successful Applicant
To be considered, you must have the following:
Experience in commercial restoration construction projects
Experience in managing profit and loss for a company with a minimum annual turnover of $25M
Experience in business development with demonstrable results in winning commercial restoration contracts
Experience in managing teams of at least 20 people
Experience using Xactimate
Customer service focus
Mentoring approach to leadership
