The Vice President of Digital Demand Generation will be at the forefront of developing and scaling a best-in class digital marketing and lead generation engine across multiple subsidiaries of Nemetschek. This role will act as a Center-of-Excellence for digital marketing, and will shape the testing, refinement, and scaling of digital demand generation tactics (e.g., paid advertising, SEO, content) across a $1B+ portfolio of software products. Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer for Nemetschek - Build & Construct, this role will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams at Bluebeam and other leading AEC/O software companies operated by Nemetschek.

More About What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with marketing teams across multiple Nemetschek brands to drive the adoption of digital demand generation best practices tailored for B2B SaaS companies.
  • Develop new or enhance existing demand generation tactics, including paid advertising (e.g., paid search, social media, display), email marketing, SEO, content marketing, and other digital channels to attract, nurture, and convert high-quality leads.
  • Utilize data analytics to measure and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts by channel or tactic. Analyze KPIs and other metrics to prepare regular reports for senior leadership highlighting campaign performance and recommendations going forward.
  • Develop in-house capabilities for A/B testing and help establish an ongoing test-and-learn approach. Drive overall customer acquisition and revenue growth by ensuring digital marketing campaigns are continuously optimized to maximize profitable spend and ROAS.
  • Identify and coordinate investments needed in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and other digital marketing tools to streamline processes, improve customer targeting and nurturing, and track performance by channel or tactic.
  • Manage relationships with digital marketing agencies and provide strategic direction to existing digital marketing talent within brands. Identify talent or skill-set gaps and help recruit external digital marketing talent to build our in-house expertise.
  • Partner with marketing teams across brands to develop and help manage their digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize impact.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including but not limited to product marketing, sales, and customer success to align digital demand generation efforts with business objectives and ensure a consistent approach to follow-up with and convert marketing-generated leads.
  • Stay updated on latest industry trends and best practices in digital marketing. Champion a culture of innovation and growth mindset across marketing teams by encouraging creative thinking and experimentation with new channels, tactics, and technologies.

What We’d Like To See In You

  • 10+ years of experience in demand generation and digital marketing in US-based B2B SaaS companies or digital marketing agencies.
  • Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
  • Deep Domain Expertise: Extensive experience in digital marketing and demand generation within the B2B SaaS space, with a proven track record of developing and executing marketing plans that drive growth.
  • Marketing Automation and CRM Proficiency: Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365).
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to use A/B testing and other analytical techniques to optimize campaigns, measure ROI, and drive data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Proven ability to influence without authority and collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders, including sales, product, and other marketing functions.
  • Budget Management: Experience managing marketing budgets of $10M+ and a history of working with or directly managing agency relationships.

Base pay offered will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Base pay is one part of Bluebeam’s Total Rewards program, which seeks to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable commission plan, while most non-sales position are eligible for a bonus under the terms of an applicable bonus plan.
