VP OF ACCOUNTING-Fort Worth

Position Overview:

This leadership role involves overseeing general accounting functions including month-end close, A/P, and A/R, as well as technical accounting, SEC reporting, and SOX compliance. The position interfaces with various teams and reports to the CFO at the corporate office in Fort Worth.

Experience & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and active CPA license required.

5+ years of public audit and at least 3+ years of corporate accounting experience.

Strong SEC reporting and technical accounting skills.

Leadership abilities with coaching and mentoring experience.

Proficiency in US GAAP and SEC reporting.
