  • Manage and Grow the Business Development Team to add $15M in additional pipeline by the end of Q3 2024 and $30M in pipeline by the end of Q2 2025
  • Drive Team to capture a 20% higher share of wallets from existing large clients by the end of 2024
  • Implement cost-effective systems and processes to streamline pipeline generation and onboarding of new business development team members.
  • Drive 90%+ accurate revenue forecasts for the next 90 days with 80%+ accurate forecasts for the next 180 days by the end of Q3

Position Overview

The VP of Business Development at Push Agency is pivotal in driving business growth and expanding our client base. This individual will craft strategic plans, identify new business opportunities, and lead a team to execute these plans effectively. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building relationships and achieving sales targets.

This position offers $100k base salary plus unlimited bonus/commission potential! $200k+ OTE for year one! Minimal travel with a full travel stipend.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to enhance the agency’s market presence and increase revenue.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities per the agency’s goals and capabilities.
  • Build strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry leaders.
  • Lead negotiations and close deals with new and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop pitches and proposals that resonate with target clients.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive dynamics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Manage and mentor the business development team, fostering an environment of growth and achievement.
  • Report key results and insights to the executive team and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of at least five years in a business development role, preferably in the experiential marketing, advertising, or related industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and large projects.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Google Worksuite.
