Your Impact as VP of Operations - Pool Division
As the Vice President of Operations for our Pool Division, you will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence within our organization. Your leadership will focus on enhancing efficiency, scalability, and value creation to ensure operational success and alignment with our strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead operational efforts to optimize cost management and drive volume growth.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives and advocate for strategic capital investments to enhance operational efficiency.
Drive operational priorities and key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve financial objectives.
Establish standardized KPIs across plants to monitor and consistently improve performance.
Evaluate and optimize organizational structures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within a three-month timeline.
Cultivate a culture of safety, trust, and ethical behavior, emphasizing accountability and integrity.
Foster the implementation and sustainability of a unified organizational culture across our network.
Engage in effective communication strategies, including regular plant meetings to reinforce key messages.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required; Chemical Engineering degree preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in manufacturing, with at least 5 years in managing multiple sites.
Willingness to travel internationally (passport required).
