Base pay range
Position Overview: Join this rapidly growing and leading manufacturer who is seeking a VP of Production for their St Charles, IL location. This individual will have a LARGE impact on the company and will be directly reporting to the CEO!
Responsibilities
- Overseeing all of production
- 5 Direct Reports (All Foremen)
- Project Tracking, Inventory Management, Utilizing MRP/Excel to extract data, etc.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree (ideally in Industrial Mechanical Engineering - OR something related)
- 10+ years of experience in manufacturing environment
- 3+ years in a leadership role
- Experience working with MRP systems
