Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist in shooting and editing video footage of each new machine and new concepts
- Provide updates to existing machine videos as needed
- Assist in writing, recording and editing of customer and in-house training videos
- Collaborate on updating, developing and distributing marketing materials
- Provide video recording and editing support for customer and team member testimonials, company meetings, etc.
- Assist with social media and marketing activities that include video
- Update and support the company’s video library
- Assist with training other team members
- Recommend and support the implementation of best practices to increase productivity and reduce costs
- Communicate openly, share knowledge, build positive collaboration between departments
- Be actively engaged in continuous improvement projects and culture activities
- Adhere to, support and promote the Aagard vision and culture statements
- Demonstrate professional, respectful interaction with other team members
- Accurately and professionally represent Aagard to customers and vendors
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in related field and one year of experience preferred
- Knowledge and experience with standard video and DSLR camera operations
- Proficiency with Adobe Premiere video editing software
- Basic video script writing skills
- Experience with the Microsoft and Adobe suite of products preferred
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented, driven, self-motivated, and capable of multitasking
- Ability to communicate professionally with internal and external customers verbally and in writing
- Conscientious of meeting and exceeding the customers needs
- Strong computer, proofreading, keyboarding, and editing skills
- Ability to work in an office setting with interactions with manufacturing personnel
- Ability to prioritize tasks, take action, and be proactive
- Conscientious, meeting and exceeding the customers needs

- Ability to lift, push, pull up to 25 lbs
- Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl or climb
