BGSF is representing a top home builder in DFW seeking to hire VP of Land.
Person in this role will be in charge of land operations for DFW, primarily on the self-development side (getting the land ready to build on post acquisition). There is currently a Director of Land who specializes on the acquisition side (buying lots). The VP will work with acquisitions, but most importantly needs to be someone who is skilled on the land development piece.
Aggressive growth plan to triple in size over the next 5 years (forecasted to build 1,300 homes).
Seeking candidate who is familiar with the DFW market (at the very least, a player in Texas). Additional preference for experience at a large public company or a private company that operates like a public company).
Competitive Base Salary + Profit Sharing (up to six figures) + Retention Bonus!
