In this role, you will collaborate with our leadership team to develop strategic plans based on data, enhancing our patient-centric approach and delivering successful marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

Insights:

• Utilize data sources, consumer behavior, and cultural trends to develop deep insights into target audiences.
• Lead market research methodologies and interpret results to inform strategic decisions.
• Conduct interviews and focus groups when necessary.
  
  

Strategy

• Develop various strategic deliverables, from marketing ecosystem recommendations to persona development.
• Act as the strategic brand steward across multiple clients/brands, leading the creation of brand strategies.
  
  

Briefs

• Create creative briefs and offer guidance on project briefs to align team efforts with the overall strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project work aligns with strategic objectives.
  
  

Workshops And Patient Experiences

• Lead workshops and interactive experiences to foster team creativity and alignment.
• Drive collaboration and understanding among internal teams and clients.
  
  

New Business

• Lead the insight development process in new business pitches.
• Create creative briefs and collaborate with teams to ensure concepts meet strategic goals.
• Participate in pitch presentations.
  
  

Thought Leadership

• Develop thought leadership content on emerging trends, behaviors, and technologies.
• Provide valuable insights to clients through points of view and blog posts.
  
  

Qualifications And Experience

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• Over 8 years of agency experience or equivalent.
• Strong background in brand strategy, account planning, and data-driven insights.
• Pharmaceutical or healthcare experience highly preferred.
• Proficient in using data tools for insight mining or willing to learn.
• Excellent public speaking skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
  
  

Salary Range

$154,500 - $168,000 (depending on experience, training, and responsibilities)
