About The Position
We are seeking a highly skilled individual to lead our new Web Services Department at JumpFly. The ideal candidate will blend technical expertise, managerial capabilities, and strategic vision to drive the development and maintenance of cutting-edge web solutions. This role involves overseeing a range of services, including custom website development, ongoing maintenance, web analytics, mobile optimization, and digital marketing integration, ensuring high-quality service delivery to support our clients' digital marketing efforts.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as WordPress, Shopify, and Wix
Understanding of databases (SQL and NoSQL), server management, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Strong grasp of UI/UX principles and familiarity with tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma.
Expertise in SEO and web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
Knowledge of web security best practices and tools.
Demonstrated success in web services roles, ideally in a leadership position.
Familiarity with the digital marketing industry and the role of web services in supporting marketing efforts.
Managerial Skills:
Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Expertise in project management methodologies.
Skill in developing and executing strategic plans, setting goals, and measuring performance.
Experience in budgeting, cost management, and financial planning for web projects.
Drive continuous improvement and innovation in web technologies.
