Web Project Coordinator
Position Summary: The Web Project Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and delivery of web development projects. This role involves coordinating between different teams, tracking project progress, managing schedules, and ensuring that project goals are met on time and within budget. The Web Project Coordinator will work closely with developers, designers, content managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Key Responsibilities
The projected compensation range for this position is $70,000 to $90,000 per year benchmarked in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Salary at LCG is determined by various factors, including but not limited to role, location, the combination of education/training, knowledge, skills, competencies, certifications, and work experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of web project plans.
- Coordinate tasks among team members, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Monitor project timelines, ensuring milestones are met and deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Act as a point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
- Prepare and distribute detailed project reports, including progress, risks, and issues.
- Facilitate meetings and discussions, capturing notes and action items for follow-up.
- Assist in allocating resources effectively to project tasks.
- Track resource utilization, ensuring efficient use of team members' time and skills.
- Support the Web Program Manager in managing project budgets and expenses.
- Ensure project deliverables meet the required quality standards.
- Conduct preliminary reviews of project outputs to identify potential issues.
- Coordinate with the Quality Assurance Specialist to implement QA processes and address feedback.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
- Support project workflows, ensuring all steps are clearly defined and followed.
- Utilize project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Trello) to track tasks and progress.
- Log and track issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Escalate significant risks or issues to the Web Program Manager as necessary.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Web Development, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in a web development environment.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and content managers.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Trello).
- Basic understanding of web development processes and technologies.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
