This role requires a professional with a strong background in both commercial and manufacturing environments, particularly in the FMCG or consumer electronics industries.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Leadership:
* Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s business goals and objectives.
* Provide strategic direction and leadership on HR matters across commercial and manufacturing divisions.
* Talent Management:
* Oversee talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies to ensure the company attracts and retains top talent.
* Implement succession planning and career development initiatives.
* Employee Relations:
* Foster a positive and productive work environment through effective employee engagement programs.
* Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers on resolving conflicts.
* Performance Management:
* Implement and manage performance appraisal systems to ensure alignment with company objectives.
* Develop compensation and benefits programs that attract, motivate, and retain employees.
* Compliance and Risk Management:
* Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
* Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures to minimize risk.
* Change Management:
* Lead and manage organizational change initiatives to support business transformation and growth.
* Drive cultural change to align with the company’s vision and values.
Qualifications:
* Education:
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
* Experience:
* Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role.
* Proven experience in the manufacturing sector, with a strong understanding of both commercial and manufacturing HR practices.
* Experience in FMCG or consumer electronics industries is highly preferred.
* Skills:
* Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is required.
