- Are you creating an accessibility program at your company and don't know where to start? I'm here to share how to integrate accessibility into the fabric of your company. My name is Christina Mallon, and I'm the head of Inclusive Design at Microsoft. I was inspired to become an inclusive designer 12 years ago when I lost the use of my arms. I realized that the world was not designed with people like me in mind. In my work now, I'm not just designing for me but for everyone since we will all experience disability at some point in our lives. Because of accessibility design tools, I'm able to use everything with my feet or my voice and still feel included in the work culture.
