Some individuals have very impressive education, experience, networks, and language profiles. They are sharing personal stories with me, and I am moved by these. Open Source Software is more than just a "paid gig" for them. How can I help connect such individuals to opportunities in Canada? If the best thing to do is to pursue this as my own project (ie. creating a pipeline): I will need to find funding. Government of Canada: you might consider providing this.
