💻Yesterday during a webinar one of the attendees explained in details his situation, what he was looking for and why he thought that the Netherlands was the right place for him.
💡It turned out that it might be better to look for other options in less expensive countries, which different admin regulation for non-EU job seekers.
🗣️It is important to talk to professionals to be able to make a so important choice with better understanding and awareness.

Since we started working in South Africa, we’ve been consistently blown away by the diversity of talent on offer.
I think it comes from the diversity of the country - there’s no singular defined path to success.

There’s a hustle culture that produces people who are incredibly well rounded team players..
I don’t think I’ve ever seen a place with as many upskilling resources, night courses, and developmental programmes as Cape Town.

🛂 This move coincides with the proposal in southern Belgium to facilitate the regularization of undocumented immigrants.
💪 Both drastic measures to combat the staff shortage that has been affecting Belgium for several months.
🤔 The intriguing part? Drawing a parallel between these two measures raises questions. Is it ironic or innovative?

To date, we have disbursed over R104 million to our #Gigworkers, affectionately referred to as "Jobbers." Many of these Jobbers were unskilled and unemployed when they joined our platform. Currently, we have 165,000 active Jobbers on our platform, and 35,000 of them have received payments in the last 12 months.
This formidable field force has successfully completed 7.6 million tasks in the field, encompassing surveys (2.6 million) and training (5 million). The training they receive not only benefits our customers but also equips them with valuable skills, making them more likely to secure permanent employment.
