Contributing to a Greater Cause: Sometimes, going the extra mile isn't about personal gain but about contributing to a greater cause. It could be about helping your community, making a positive impact, or supporting a cause you believe in. Remember, going the extra mile is a personal choice. It doesn’t mean overextending yourself or neglecting your well-being. It’s about finding a balance and using your discretionary effort to make a positive difference. So, this Monday, and every day, consider the opportunities to go beyond the norm and make your mark. As you set out into the week, consider what extra you can bring to your role, team, or community.
