Last Friday, my summer internship at Inveniam Group in Barcelona came to a close, and I wanted to take a moment to reflect on this incredible experience. Working with this dynamic and multidisciplinary team has been nothing short of inspiring. Throughout my internship, I had the privilege of working on a  range of exciting projects: 🌟 EIC Public Funding Application: Collaborating on applications for European Innovation Council (EIC) public funding to support innovative ventures. 🚀 Private Funding Raising: Assisting in raising private funding via VCs and PE firms for startups in Life Sciences. 📈 Business Plan: Crafting comprehensive business plans that laid out strategic roadmaps for clients to navigate the complexities of their respective industries. 🌍 Market Research: Conducting in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, potential competitors, and growth opportunities. 🔍 Competitive Analysis: Delving into competitive landscapes to help our clients position themselves strategically within their markets. I've gained invaluable insights into the world of strategic consulting and financial advisory in the Life Sciences sector.  This opportunity has seamlessly bridged the gap between my previous internships in venture capital, startup environments, and now, consulting. It's been a fulfilling journey of connecting the dots in my professional growth. Internship Insightfuls Since the past few days, it's been pretty monotonous at my internship. We've been working on the same robot for a month now, and even now new problems keep popping up. So the other day, we rewired the whole robot because the older wiring connections weren't sending data properly. After rewiring the whole thing didn't work so we had to fix it again! Apart from the internship, I have enrolled in the course " Private Equity and Venture Capital " by the University of Bocconi on Coursera. Some of the things that I learned from this course are the structure of Private equity funds, the lifecycles of companies, and their funding.

Wow, I must say, I am genuinely surprised by how invigorating the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) Strategy Consulting Job Simulation on Forage turned out to be! The experience was truly transformative, offering a hands-on glimpse into the intricate world of strategy consulting. Here are some key takeaways I learned; 1. Frame the question effectively: Start with a narrow, concrete question that provides a clear starting point for brainstorming. 2. Foster creativity through diverse perspectives: Create an environment that encourages full participation from people with varied backgrounds and perspectives. 3. Challenge existing assumptions: Begin by identifying and doubting current mental models and assumptions within your organization. 4. Introduce new boxes: Bring potential new frameworks to the session to nurture ideation and expand possibilities. 5. Follow up and prioritize: Ensure that ideas generated in the session are followed up on and prioritized for action. Remember, brainstorming isn't about thinking outside the box; it's about designing the right box for exploration. I am thrilled to announce the successful completion of my internship at Digital Investors. Over the past three months, I've had the privilege of participating in the prestigious Business Consulting Program (BCP). During this immersive experience, I had the opportunity to learn and grow in various aspects of the business world. One of the most rewarding aspects of my internship was the practical application of my newfound knowledge in real-world case studies. I had the chance to tackle complex challenges, engage in strategic planning, manage projects, startup valuations and portfolio management, explore strategic top frameworks, and delve into investment strategies. These experiences expanded my skill set and provided a solid foundation for understanding how theory translates into practical solutions.
