Every year for the past two years, we at FROZI have run a Summer Internship program, attracting around 500-600 vibrant and passionate students. 😬 This year, however, we received only 300+ applications, and the quality in terms of relevance wasn't as high. Nevertheless, after careful selection, we've invited 30 students for interviews tomorrow. Our plan is to hire around 5-7 interns and most of them will be working on content creation. 💡 By the way, if you're a student applying for internships or jobs, please don't leave important fields like "Link to anything you've ever created" blank. Even if it's not professional, you should have something to show if you're applying specifically for content creation. Right? Hoping to get some talented people on board tomorrow in-sha-Allah 💯

🌟 Wrapping up the second session of the second week in my incredible mentorship program! 🌟 We've been diving deeper into these key skills: 1. Leadership: Learning practical strategies to lead with confidence and integrity, building on the basics. 2. Business Writing: Moving to advanced techniques for writing clear, compelling business documents. 3. Graphic Designing: Exploring more complex design tools and principles, working on some really cool projects. 4. Public Speaking: Sharpening our skills with exercises that help us engage and inspire our audiences. 5. AI Prompting: Getting hands-on with AI, practicing how to create and refine effective prompts. I'm helping my daughter search for an internship next summer in the Phoenix area. Amazed at how crude the application process is for most companies, particularly the number of firms that ask for a resume, and then won't let you proceed until you type out your resume again in their form. #processimprovement #customerfocus
