After five great years as CEO of the TBS business I have taken the hard decision to leave TBS at the end of June as we close our financial year. For me these decisions are always a combination of family and career. After five years in the role it is a natural reflection point for what to do next which has coincided with some decision points for us as a family. Taking several factors into consideration we have decided to move back to Sweden allowing us as a family to spend time there in our next chapter. My time with TBS has been an exciting journey where we have gone from being a regional player to become a global leader in our field. We have had the opportunity to collaborate with and support the largest global sporting and broadcast organisations around the world. With the trust and support from our customers, partners and TBS team we have managed to grow the business 70% over the last five years and expanded the team to a 250 people strong global team. It feels good to leave knowing that TBS has a lot of future growth opportunities ahead and I look forward to following TBS closely from the outside. Thanks to all customers, partners, the TBS team and other people and organisations that have supported TBS on its journey so far. I am now looking forward to a nice summer break in Sweden as I decide on my next endeavor.
