To my video marketing colleagues, and especially the uber-talented Todd Hartley, if you're starting a video series from scratch, is YouTube still the best place or are there smaller platforms that might have more engagement and conversion? Facebook makes me nauseous with its neverending drama and algo changes but Google business pages seem to be taking an upward swing. Is Google+ a thing again? IGTV? #videomarketing
I think hosting on YouTube and creating a channel on YouTube is still the right way to go, however that does not mean that you can't syndicate that content on LinkedIn, your blog or website and other platforms. You might also consider Live Streaming for certain instances, as it is the fastest growing segment for video today.
BTW, I’m your biggest fan. Always cheering for you.
It’s all about where the opportunity is right now. And now the opportunities for biggest impact exist on LinkedIn and IGTV.

6yI did quite a bit of digital marketing for clients in the past and I would recommend YouTube and Instagram for your brand. I would create a Facebook business page and share your YouTube videos on that page, but I don’t think the Facebook stories feature is going to lead to much conversion yet.
