I just decreased our rent by 30% in 48 hours, here's how I did it: (Commercial property in a downtown area) And yes, you can do it for your business too. When we opened our Studio & HQ, there were a lot of ideas in the air. One in particular, was renting our studio space to other creatives. After all furnishings were complete, we excitedly put it up for rent. To my surprise, there was a measly 2 bookings in the first 3 months. What did I do? I practice what I preach, and made a video advertisement for it. The results? 4 bookings. Instantly. Where are we at now? About 1-2 rentals per week that don't interfere with our work but pay almost 50% of rent. For a commercial property, in one of the richest neighborhoods in Northern Virginia. This is what I mean when I say: "Videos that sell, and don't just look pretty"

Driving Revenue Growth & Market Expansion in the Multifamily Industry, Building Relationships & Achieving National Sales Excellence. // Founder: Multifamily Mentor Matchmaking
🌟I’m Celebrating 15 Years in Home Staging! 🌟 Can't believe it's been 15 years since I started this journey! My adventure in home staging began when I was managing an apartment community. The owners cut our budget for model units and told me to get creative. So, I did! I learned to work with what I had, turning those spaces into something special. That experience sparked a passion that’s driven me to stage over $50 million in real estate since 2009. I’m a huge advocate for home and apartment staging. It’s not just about making places look nice—it’s about helping people see a place as their future home. Here’s to more creativity and transforming spaces! {Post inspired by the article yesterday from Chris Arnold // Transforming Cities called “Are Model Apartments Worth The Cost?” 📸 My largest project to date: Sur la Baie in Door County, Wisconsin —-> 35,000 sq. ft. 👇Link to a portion of my portfolio in the comments below. #HomeStaging #RealEstate #MultifamilyIndustry #PropertyManagement #Creativity
