Should the Corporate Way of Speaking Still Be a Thing? I recently came across various social media influencers, a.k.a. "gurus," advising people on what to say in interviews for specific questions. There is no universally right or wrong way to answer a question. Questions are part of communication, and one cannot simply memorize responses. No one needs a ready-made answer. Isn't this approach also unreal and inauthentic? If I am the hiring manager, answers that sound scripted or like they were generated by an AI would be an immediate rejection. Being diplomatic doesn't mean being inauthentic. These manipulated answers cannot truly succeed. What matters is being genuine and demonstrating what you can bring to the table.
