Today: Candidate applied through our website, reviewed resume, not sure if they were going to be a fit, talked w/ candidate, screened them, submitted them, positive feedback, phone screen, for today, call happened, positive feedback from candidate, positive feedback from client.. When can he start? Monday! Coming in tomorrow to fill out paperwork.. sometimes Recruiting is easy. Most times it's not... but it is always great to make a connection either fast or slow as that's what we do here at Ardent Staffing Solutions - WHO'S NEXT??????
