Morning, Coral Gables. City Beautiful. How's it going? Please help me welcome with a warm chamber. Welcome, my friend GAIL Nelson. We recognize the mentors, a trusted friend in council. We recognize that we talk about transformation and versus transaction. I don't want to insult your intelligence. You all are business people. We're in a chamber meeting. It's about a transaction. Is that business deal? You buy something, I get something, we all get that. But transformation speaks to change, transformation speaks to impact, and I am certain I am confident. As we sit here, mayor and the beautiful and the city beautiful, I am confident that we can make more impact and we having said that, this young man earned a full ride scholarship to the University of Toledo. Young man became president of Honor Society at a high school in Toledo, OH. And you already know that that little boy was me. Look at that look. You have to look at that picture. Nothing that feels like the report to the office. I had just gotten there. I was not a troublemaker, I assure you. Look at this face. And So what did the kids do? I want you to make a What do you think the kids in the hallway did when the principal said that? How did it sound? So you all are troublemakers. That's exactly what they did. I slowly walked to the office. And this man who played basketball in the ABA before the NBA? Is that GAIL? You're going to join me? And dinner meetings. Lunch meetings. And I'm giving you a mic, I'm putting a microphone in here so you have an opportunity to get involved.
