HRs, why do you prefer to build hiring pipelines manually basing on manual assessments? Why not to use Workable or Toggle Hiring for automating hiring pipeline end to end (including automatic assessment of hard and soft skills)? You increase hiring throughput endlessly and decrease hiring prices to near 0.
