This is a very great starter tool for competetive benchmarking. I commend Google Cloud for getting this out in the public domain as a self-service tool. It is also cloud-agnostic questionnaire, with broad-based questions and has great UX. My feedback to make it really useful 1. It should be more detailed and data centric rather than qualitative and subjective. Take a leaf from AWS’s Well-Architected. 2. It should collect the firm’s industry segment, geography and other attributes to truly benchmark against the peers. As more firms start submitting these, the tool should re-benchmark the scores making it more valuable. 3. Most firms (unless they are cloud-native start-ups) will have hybrid workloads. The recommendations are Google Cloud centric (surprised?). Could this tool then recommend their partners like #SADA for next level evaluation. Tony Safoian
