Education, Certificates, Licenses: • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field required. • PHR or SHRM-CP required. Experience: • 10+ years of HR Management experience. • Experience with HRIS applications, preferably UKG. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Critical: • Advanced knowledge of HR disciplines and employment laws. • Proficiency in HRIS systems and payroll software. • Track record of managing HR processes effectively. • Leadership experience in HR.
