Building a brand helped me so much to becoming financially free. It simply started out by having a convo with @beardybrandon years ago when I was still active duty and stationed in Hawaii. He recommended that I just share my story and my journey with what I was doing. I started sharing who I was online, sharing free content, and from there was able t build a brand that's helped me be financially free and help thousands of veterans and service members. Have you had those days where you just beat yourself up over something? We all have at some point. During military transition, there can be several of those days for many different reasons. A few popular ones are: ❌ The job search ❌ Unsure about decision to get out of military ❌ Imposter syndrome and there are so many more! I'm here to tell you that everyone of us who has transitioned out of the military has had days like these. You cannot let these frustrations get you down. Whatever your struggle is during a transition, it is nothing more than a speed bump. The adversity, albeit frustrating, will make you stronger. You have too many people supporting you and wanting to see you succeed like your family, your friends, and all these veterans out here who went through it too. Use us for the support we can be. My advice to anyone having one of those days... Get up tomorrow and try again! Tomorrow is another day full of endless possibilities. It frustrates me that I can't find quality data on UK veteran employment. So, I'm hoping the UK military community can help. LinkedIn reported in 2019 that: 1️⃣ 33% of US veterans are underemployed 2️⃣ US veterans are 15.6% more likely to be underemployed than non-veterans 3️⃣ US veterans are 70% more likely than non-veterans to take a step back in seniority 4️⃣ US veterans are 36% less likely to make a seniority jump 5️⃣ US veterans are 39% more likely to move into a leadership role within their first three years.
