22 years ago the world changed forever. The ripples of 9/11 didn’t only hit the #UnitedStates, but it also send the tremors across other nations, forcing the governments to rethink their respective national security strategies. Though 9/11 has negatively affected the lives of several people, it is fair to say that certain governments saw this event as a potential scoop to scale their respective economies. This not only affected the international relations but also created a significant rift in communities, leading to the rise of extremism across the world.
