I have not watched this yet, but I hope Dr. Hyman doesn't miss the 5-ton white elephants 🐘 in the room on the topic of cancer: 1. The direct cancer-parasite connection. You won't find what you don't look for. Dr, Lee Merrit on Dangerous Dames discusses this from a spine surgeon's perspective. 2. The direct impact of trauma on cancer is called ACE's - an acronym for Adverse Childhood Experiences. The facts on trauma to cancer are clear. 3. Of course Glysophate because of the devastation to the immune system it creates. 4. Antibiotics, Acetamenafin, EMF;s - see #3 5. But the "smoking gun" is spike proteins! Capturing half of the immune system, anyone who took a lethal dose loses half of their immune system. No one lives successfully without both the adaptive and the innate systems. Losing either is a loss unsustainable for health. That's the reason cancer is soaring as it was predicted to do by many experts. There's no off switch in spike protein cell production which is what cancer is according to Dr. Zac Bush. The war waged on humanity since 2020 has only begun. Spike proteins are now added to the vaccines of livestock, and Frankenfood like the spike protein lettuce debacle.

It’s unfortunate to see cancer cases are rising in the US, and it’s one of those diseases that can definitely be prevented if you have the right disciplines and tools in place to promote a healthy lifestyle. Of course there are those out there who with the bad luck of the draw are forced to deal with the cards they’ve been dealt. Either through gene mutations or gene deletions, there are people out there who have severe forms of cancer that can be hard to manage and reverse.. But for a vast majority of people, I would recommend these protocols to prevent the onset of cancer: 1) Regular exercise 2) Use of deliberate heat/cold exposure 3) Diet of mainly whole, unprocessed foods 4) Meditation and practising gratitude 5) Sleeping well 6) Having meaningful relationships 7) Reducing exposure to environmental toxins Awesome post Dr Hyman 🔥

A terrifying summary indeed, Dr Hyman. This is why I follow my grandmother's diet. She was born in 1885 and died in 1972 with zero pharmaceuticals and zero doctor visitation (both extremely rare to have in her time). All food is derived from natural ingredients and processed at home, an act that is challenging to repeat in my generation. Thank you, Dr Hyman, for your relentless pursuit of a healthy human body. My whole family listens to your podcasts regularly.

Mark, precision on cancer is important here - rates are not skyrocketing. That is fear mongering. Secondly, the NOVA system that defines UPFs is existentially flawed. Example, it considers high fiber Raisin Bran equivalent to Froot Loops cereal & Greek yogurt with a very small amount of sugar added equivalent to Rice Krispies. As noted by highly respected nutrition researcher & professor Barbara Rolls of Penn State, it is refinement (eg removal of bran/germ/fiber layer of foods, adding of sodium, calorie concentration) of food, not NOVAs focus on processing steps, that more contributes to risk. Medical formula meal replacements used in multiple RCTs are UPFs and independently associated with reduced T2 diabetes risk, better diabetes control, and now looks like a 20% mortality risk reduction 20 years later in the LookAHEAD trial participants. CRRAHP (calorie rich, refined and highly processed) foods/beverages - defined by low fiber/calorie ratio, high calorie & sodium concentrations is more specific to the problem while not disregarding processing and more consistent with the findings of Kevin Hall at the NIH metabolic ward studies. I estimate US diet is ~ 30 to 35% calories from CRRAHP foods & beverages. Blue Zones ~5%.

As right as this information is, facts rarely change anyone’s behaviors to be healthier from new choices that are not easily available to them and is much more expensive and taxing to get. I have accepted these facts long ago and I desire to eat cleaner but I’m still stuck in an environment where most grocery store’s & restaurants cut corners and use processed foods that is convenient, cost effective & tastes better so we don’t know what to do or where to go to find others who want to join us in a Hebraic community where we can make and grow all of our foods, drinks, clothes & other resources to share with each other in a tight knit group who all are investing in each other’s best interests at heart, mind & hands. Until more people obey the truth & share it with others, most of us will stay victims of abuse & neglect. I’m seeking our creator though to learn to eventually overcome these severe issues.

I stopped Eating ultra-processed food a year ago. Mostly sugary food. Man! I feel so amazingly healthy. It can be cancer or any disease. If a doctor says something is unhealthy then stop it Immediately. It's time you need to sacrifice your Love for ultra- processed food. Eat healthy and stay healthy. ☺!!
