Training Session on Emotional Intelligence for Focus and Stress Management At DVS Advisory Group, we believe in the holistic well-being of our team, and our recent training session truly reflected this commitment. We were privileged to have Ms. Abitha Venkataraman, Holistic Wellness Coach, lead us through three enlightening sessions on Emotional Intelligence for Focus and Stress Management. Over the course of the training, we delved into: *Understanding our emotions and perceptions. *Differentiating between Eustress (Good Stress) and Distress. Various effective techniques for managing stress and enhancing focus. Some key takeaways included: *The importance of Vitamin G "Gratitude" in our daily lives. *Techniques such as Deep Breathing, Force Smiling, Cognitive Reappraisal, Intention Setting, Mindfulness, and Emotional Shifting. These sessions were not just educational but transformative, equipping our team with invaluable tools to manage stress and stay focused.
