Helping Sales Professionals Grow Digital Influence to Build Relationships and Generate More Pipeline
Hard work pays off. And you can have fun doing it! Our float in the Christmas parade won first prize!🏆 A team of over 30 volunteers in the Emerald Isle Sea Turtle Patrol (EISTP) spent over a month designing and building a float for this year's parade. Why? 👉 Because it was fun! 👉 Because play is important for wellbeing. 👉 Because working on a project together builds community! 👉 Because it brought together volunteers in our 250 member EISTP in the "off season" of sea turtle conservation to keep us connected with one another. In work and in life, you have to put in the time and the reps to reap the rewards. 💯 To sellers, this looks like: ➡️Building relationships with stakeholders, prospective buyers, and colleagues at work that may or may not be on your team (but whose influence might be critical in closing a large deal). ➡️Connecting people to move business forward. ➡️Being a guide to buyers to help them navigate the buying journey. ➡️Listening on LinkedIn to what your target audience is saying and engaging to ensure others know what makes you (and your company) different. ➡️Celebrating wins with your team! 🔁Repeat. Work hard and play hard. You might win first prize! And you might not. But you will have built relationships to carry you into the next competition. David J.P. June is just around the corner and there is lots happening next month in the Black Deer camp. We have started the build for Black Deer Festival of Americana at the beautiful Eridge Estate, and the sunshine is definitely coming for everyone for the rest of the summer…....... 🤞 😎 😎 😎 (We have to remain positive!). My heart really goes out to all my industry colleagues who have fought so hard to keep their wonderful festivals going, and have made the decision not to continue this year, believe me I know what you would have been through to make those kind of decisions. Big congratulations to those who have had to endure the horrible weather and managed to open their gates and have given everyone a brilliant time. Black Deer Radio is now LIVE - and the joy of planning meetings with really excited talented people has been so brilliant that it truly lifts your spirits at a time when the news is not always that great. I am excited about the future of the Deer!! Check out our Black Deer Live website to see all the great things happening with the help of our lovely partners. Its just the beginning……….. ❤️

It's a question of how do we make better use of our shared public space to make it safer, more accessible, more inclusive, and more productive. Because right now it is not any of those things.
In the Strong Towns movement, we see this every day.

🌟🤔 Did you know that our Indigenous Engagement Charter draws inspiration from the historic paddle? 🛶 👣 Historically, the paddle wasn't just a tool; it was a lifeline, symbolizing strength, tradition, and community. Used by Indigenous peoples for navigating lakes, celebrating culture, and securing sustenance, the paddle symbolizes readiness for progress. Is your organization ready to paddle towards economic reconciliation? Become a signatory today!🖊️🌐 https://lnkd.in/gehitBb5

What can communities do better for people who bike? One resident of a Bronze-level BFC suggests focusing on connected routes, and we have to agree. Becoming a Silver or higher-level Bicycle Friendly Community doesn't happen overnight, but connecting local biking and walking routes is a winning strategy for encouraging more local active transportation. Find more information on connected routes at https://lnkd.in/gizyXkTK.
