Immediate Cessation of Unauthorized Billing Attempts Dear Experian Billing Department, I am writing to demand the immediate cessation of unauthorized attempts to charge my account. Despite cancelling my 7-day free trial before expiration, your department has attempted to charge my account 21 times between June 6th and August 1st, 2024, even after I sent two ceases and desist emails. These actions constitute unauthorized billing and may be viewed as unfair and deceptive trade practices under FTC regulations. Continued attempts may also be considered harassment. If this matter is not resolved immediately, I will pursue all legal options available to protect my rights. Thanks. BJ. Oyeleye.
Experian's customer service is appalling. Check out their Facebook page. It is full of customers who are trying to log into their accounts, but are unable to as their is no human assistance. The automated system is unable to help. They are jeopardizing the security of their customers, particularly given the business they are in.
