There is often too much sitting down 🪑 in this job, and especially working from home. One of my solutions has been to go on the treadmill for 10 minutes every hour. It creates those little healthy habits which I can build into the busiest of days. This is in addition to longer sessions, daily walks outside and a gym routine. There is always 5 or 10 minutes slots available during the day, those steps soon add up! Plus a little break is good for the creativity to flow.
