Gaining traction is a slow process. Any time someone makes it look fast, what actually happened was we missed all the work that preceded that moment. A recent example that comes to mind was watching the Kelce documentary. If I was paying close enough attention, on week 2 of the brothers' podcast, they hit #1 in the sports category. But they didn't start at square one. In fact the doc details how difficult a time they both had getting their NFL careers started, from lost scholarships to one of them getting his revoked mid-season. These brothers started from the bottom, and it took them a long climb to become NFL stars. But by the time their podcast came out, one of them had won a Super Bowl and the other was on his way that season. Back to my point. If you're starting something new, you need two things: 1. Persistence. That's consistency and perseverance wrapped together in one. 2. Time I mean, you also need a third thing, be that talent of whatever, but hopefully that's what you started with. It's the persistence and time that need to follow. Stay strong. Keep going. Work hard.
