4wWho do I contact about an order placed on 7/1 for delivery on 7/11? Although a UPS label was created on 7/3, UPS didn't receive the package until 7/11 for delivery on 7/13 between 2-6pm. This order was for a wedding on 7/13, and I bought three different dresses to ensure I had at least one suitable option and to avoid any disappointment with the brand. Despite my best efforts, Fashionova turned this into a nightmare, ruining my role as the officiant and forcing me to scramble last minute for my sister’s wedding! There was no live person to contact about this issue, and none of my multiple inquiries through the site were answered. This is service at its absolute worst. I was hesitant to order from Fashionova due to mixed reviews, but decided to take a chance, only to have a terrible experience. I request a representative contact me to rectify this situation ASAP!
