Manufacturing and distributing over 25,000 products across owned brands, licenses, private label and third parties, we are also the largest and lowest cost producer of windshield wiper fluid and passenger car motor oil. With a diverse platform and vertically integrated capabilities across 12 manufacturing and 15 distribution centers, Highline Warren employs over 1,400 individuals who serve over 14,000 customers with $1.5 billion in annual revenue. In November 2020, Highline Aftermarket and Warren Distribution were brought together to create the company it is today. This new company brought together over 100 years of liquids manufacturing excellence with a national distribution network and enabled us to offer value others can't: unmatched assortment, scale and tailored service. We are looking for a driven leader who can help us develop a robust communications strategy, including prioritizing which elements we should focus on first to drive the greatest impact on our company. Summary of Role We are seeking an entrepreneurial leader to build a newly combined function of our legacy category management and product management teams. This leader will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and will be accountable for unifying our teams who support both redistributed products and our manufactured products. This new organization plays a critical role in driving HW's growth by connecting both our own and our suppliers' value propositions to our customers' needs in ways that generate benefit across the value chain. According to Indeed, some of the most important soft skills for a Merchandiser include: Attention to detail: Merchandisers need to be detail-oriented to ensure that products are displayed correctly and that inventory levels are accurate. Time management: Merchandisers need to be able to manage their time effectively to meet deadlines and ensure that products are delivered on time. Empathy: Merchandisers need to be able to understand the needs of their customers and work with them to find the right products. Leadership: Merchandisers need to be able to lead a team of employees and work collaboratively with other departments. Problem-solving: Merchandisers need to be able to identify problems and come up with solutions quickly. Other soft skills that are important for a Merchandiser include communication, negotiation, and adaptability. #merchandiser

Seeking an experienced Senior Merchandiser for our new fashion retail brand, a joint venture with an overseas partner. The ideal candidate blends strategic vision with strong analytical skills, collaborating seamlessly with overseas planners. Responsibilities : Strategic Vision: Develop and implement a joint venture strategy aligned with the overseas brand's goals, leveraging data for informed decisions. In-Season Management: Drive in-season opportunities, ensuring sales and stock alignment by door/channel with joint venture goals. Assortment Planning: Collaborate on pre-season/in-season planning with overseas planners, identifying opportunities and risks at store cluster/channel levels.
